FREEDOM WILL COME
Freedom Will Come is an animated short film made during my final year at UCA.
Made using After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Synopsis:
I wanted to create a film that is very important to me. It reflects the pressure society places on us regarding expectations for what is considered "normal." It explores the theme of pretending to be someone else and the fear of being ridiculed, punished, or shunned because of one’s sexuality. Ultimately, we are all the same; we all desire love from those closest to us. There is no such thing as "normal."
ICE BEAR
Ice Bear is a short film made during university at UCA. Made using Maya and After Effects. Made with another animator, Verdiana Pagnano
Synopsis:
An abstract and symbolic representation of events related to climate change through a polar bear's perspective.
DO NOT TAKE
While studying at UCA, I created another short 3D animated film using After Effects, Photoshop, and Maya.
Synopsis:
This is a lighthearted story about anthropomorphic representations of various types of drugs having a small party after consuming a strange substance found in a human medicine cabinet.
THE SECRETS IN MOISTURISERS
Another fun micro 3D animated short using After Effects and Maya.
Synopsis:
Cosmetic products can sometimes contain very unusual ingredients. One of these is whale vomit! I thought it would be fun to create and animate this idea.
